Many people turn to cosmetic dentistry, or ‘aesthetic dentistry', as a way of improving their appearance. We enhance and replace teeth using veneers, onlays, crowns, bridges, implants. We also use effective whitening procedures using safe methods and the latest techniques.
Our dentists are experienced in endodontics - the treatment or prevention of diseases of the dental pulp. This is also known as root canal treatment. Root canals are located, shaped and cleaned to remove all the infective tissue. The root canal is then sealed to prevent further bacteria getting to the root.
Gingivitis (inflammation of gums) symptoms include bleeding when brushing or flossing, red and swollen gums and bad breath. If left untreated it could lead to periodontitis - the loss of bone and attachment leading to tooth loss. You may also notice formation of pockets around the tooth, receding gums (not always linked), abscess or mobile teeth. We will help you identify issues that may involve the referral to our periodontist.
We can administer fluoride treatments and give advice on all aspects of preventative dental care, helping you to maintain a healthy mouth and beautiful smile.
We can replace a lost tooth using a titanium ‘tooth root’ which is implanted in the jaw bone and can then be used to support a crown, bridge or denture.
Our highly trained and experienced dentists with postgraduate qualifications carry out full mouth dental reconstructions and dental tooth wear cases. For example, erosion, abrasion, and attrition (grinding).
We offer tooth extraction and surgical procedures using local anaesthetic.
